Any advertorials that are marketing communications will be clearly marked by us as such, for example by heading them 鈥渁dvertisement feature鈥, or by stating the name of the marketing agency providing the content.

Misleading Advertising

Essentially England makes every reasonable effort to ensure that advertising and marketing communication are not materially misleading or likely to be so.

If third parties advertise on our site, it is sometimes outside the scope of Essentially England to ensure that no material information has been omitted.  Essentially England cannot therefore guarantee that third party advertising is not misleading.

Essentially England does not hold any documentary evidence that testimonials or endorsements used in third party advertising are genuine and cannot guarantee the validity of any such statements made.
